Privacy Policy

Ladder Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing agency that creates and manages advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how our internal advertising-automation application (“the App”) accesses and uses data from the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform, and how we handle information in the course of providing our services.

Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy is forThe App is an internal tool used only by Ladder Labs staff to manage advertising for clients who have authorized us to operate their advertising accounts. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public. We access client advertising assets solely under the permissions those clients have granted us (for example, Partner Access to their Meta Business account or ad account).

2. Information we accessThrough the Meta Marketing API, and only for accounts we are authorized to manage, the App may access:Advertising account details (account name, ID, and status);Facebook Page and, where applicable, Instagram account identifiers used to publish ads;Campaign, ad set, and ad configuration (targeting settings, objectives, and existing ad structures);Advertising creative assets that we upload on behalf of clients (images, videos, ad copy, and calls to action);Ad delivery and performance metrics used to evaluate campaigns.The App does not collect personal profiles of individual Facebook or Instagram users, and it does not build advertising audiences from personal data of the general public.

3. How we use this informationTo create, duplicate, and configure ad sets and ads inside our clients’ existing campaigns;To upload advertising creatives and attach them to ads;To review and report on campaign performance to the relevant client;To operate, maintain, and improve our advertising services.We use the data only to provide advertising services to the client who owns it. We do not sell it and do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

4. Access tokens and credentialsThe App authenticates to Meta using access tokens issued to Ladder Labs. These credentials are stored securely, restricted to authorized staff, and are never shared with third parties or embedded in any public-facing product.

5. Data sharingWe do not sell or rent any data. We may share information only:with the client to whom the data belongs;with Meta Platforms, Inc., as required to operate advertising through its APIs;where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data retention and deletionWe retain configuration and performance data only for as long as needed to provide services to the relevant client, or as required by law. When a client ends their relationship with us, or upon request, we remove our stored copies of that client’s data and revoke associated access tokens.To request deletion of data associated with your account, contact us at the address below. 7. SecurityWe use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.8. Changes to this policyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
